What to look for in a professional repair facility:

• Look for a courteous, friendly staff member to explain your repairs and work with your insurance company, if necessary, toward your goal of repairing your vehicle to pre-accident condition.
• You should feel comfortable with the explanation of repairs as well as the staff and environment.
• Know the reputation of the shop you choose. How long have they been in business? How long have the present employees worked there? We have been here since 1946 and have employees that have been working here for 40+ years.
• Not all shops are staffed with qualified technicians. Make sure you choose a shop with educated employees. Our technicians are trained and certified by ICAR, ASE, and Sherwin Williams. This training helps us to keep updated in this ever-changing auto industry.
• Understand that repairing today's modern automobile is complicated and requires expensive, modern equipment and materials to perform proper repairs. A professional shop should use the highest quality paint available and a urethane paint mixing system offering a lifetime warranty. A down draft, heated paint spray booth and modern frame straightening machines with computerized measuring device are essential for proper repairs.
