What to do when you bring your vehicle in for repair:
  • Let your insurance company, if any, know we will be repairing your vehicle. Call us to set up an appointment and give us any insurance information that might apply, so we can complete your repairs in a timely manner.
  • You need to leave us your keys, any radio security codes, disable any alarm systems, and inform us of any nonstandard features on your vehicle.
  • Know how the insurance company plans to pay for your repairs and how much your deductible may be. Payment must be made before the vehicle is delivered. If you have a deductible, it must be paid when the vehicle is delivered. We accept MasterCard and Visa for your convenience. If you need a rental car, we have a fleet of on site vehicles for your convenience, at no charge to you. If your insurance carrier has already reserved a vehicle for you, just let us know and we'll have you picked up.
  • Normal completion times are estimated based on the time required to complete the metal work, paint work, and obtain the necessary parts to complete your repairs. Occasionally, parts are backordered at the factory and can delay our estimated time. Please be assured that we will work hard to avoid any delays.
  • Understanding what will be repaired is important. Please feel free to ask questions about your estimate. We want you informed and satisfied with your Lyk-Nu repairs.
